Prime Day is here yet again – and with it a chance to save some cash on top smartwatches and wearables

There are deals ranging across brands such as Fitbit, Garmin and Samsung. And while there aren’t too many genuine doorbusters, there are some smart purchases for deal hunters.

Read on for our pick of the best wearable Prime Day deals.

Top deal: Fitbit Inspire 2 - $59.99 (save 40%)

The best Prime Day deals on smartwatches and fitness trackers

One of the picks of Prime Day, $59.99 is pretty excellent for Fitbit’s basic tracker. It retails for $99.99 MSRP so that’s a 40% saving. It’s also surprisingly powerful, offering Fitbit’s signature activity, heart rate and sleep monitoring, and will record GPS activities if you take your smartphone along too.

Fitbit Sense - $199.99 (save $100)

A decent $100 off the MSRP for Fitbit Sense, which saw similar discounts on Black Friday. It’s Fitbit’s most powerful smartwatch, with ECG, temperature readings and a dedicated stress-tracking sensor. It was our 2020 health smartwatch of the year and comes recommended.

Fitbit Ace 2 - $29.99 (save 57%)

The Ace 2 has been superseded by the Ace 3, which uses a smartwatch design. But if a Fitbit for kids is on your wishlist then $29.99 is a pretty unbeatable price, especially if you’re unsure whether it will stick. There are badges for them to earn by getting active and it’s water resistant to 50 meters.

Amazfit GTS 2 Mini - $79.99 (save 20%)

The best Prime Day deals on smartwatches and fitness trackers

We loved the Amazfit GTS 2 Mini, which we found was the perfect compromise between features, design and price in the Zepp Health range. The AMOLED screen, top fitness features and a week of battery life look good at $99.99 – and now Prime members get 20% off that at checkout on Amazon Prime Day.

Amazfit Bip U - $45.99 (save 20%)

Likewise, the Bip U also impressed with decent smarts at a staggering $59.99 price point. You don’t get GPS on this model and the screen is a lower res TFT display, but otherwise it’s a solid smartwatch and, again, Prime members get 20% off at checkout.

Nurvv run - $179.97 (save 40%)

These smart connected insoles deliver top-notch running and training metrics. You add them to your existing running trainers for insights into strike, cadence and others. There's a 40% discount for Prime Day if you're an Amazon Prime member.

Garmin Forerunner 45S - $139.99 (save $60)

Garmin’s running watches are the best in the biz – and we love the Forerunner 45S. It offers all the basics in a ridiculously small and light package that makes it one of our best running watches for women. And at $139.99, it’s a no-brainer.

Garmin Venu $219 (save $40)

The Garmin Venu 2 is out now, but costs the same as an Apple Watch Series 6 – without the style or usability. But the excellent Venu can now be picked up at Prime Day for just $219, which is a saving of about $40 on recent pricing, given it's pretty dated. It’s not the best deal this Prime Day, but will suit those looking for a sporty smartwatch for Android smartphones.

Garmin Vivoactive 4 - $189 (save $80)

The Vivoactive 4 is essentially the same as the Venu above, but adds better battery life at the cost of the AMOLED display. It's a great sports watch, and has been stable at around $269 for most of 2021.

Garmin Fenix 6S Pro $499 (save $50)

The best Prime Day deals on smartwatches and fitness trackers

We love the Fenix 6S Pro. Not only is the 42mm case far more friendly on smaller wrists than the standard Fenix 6, it’s also the cheapest Fenix too. It sacrifices a little battery life but you still get around 25 hours of GPS tracking, which is doubled with power saving modes. Add the insane array of sport profiles, deep biometric data around VO2 Max and recovery, plus on-board mapping and this is a winning combo.

Garmin Fenix 5X Plus – $389.99 (save $90)

If you fancy a bigger watch on your wrist, then the Fenix 5X is also a canny buy at $389. It’s whopping 52mm case is seriously masculine, but few features were added to the Fenix 6, meaning the 5X still stands up as an amazing outdoors watch. It's a real life saving of $90 over it's price across 2021.

Galaxy Watch Active 2 $159.99 (save $40)

One of the picks of Prime Day, the Galaxy Watch Active 2 offers ECG, blood pressure monitoring and great sports tracking profiles – and the price has sunk to an impressive $159 for the smallest 40mm version. It’s successor is on the way, but this is a decent price make no mistake.
