The Fitbit Charge 6 has received an early Black Friday discount of $60 on Amazon, bringing the asking price of the fitness tracker right down to $100.
It's a surprise and very welcome discount for the flagship activity band, which was only released in September, and one that places it in direct competition with Fitbit's entry-level trackers and rival options like the Xiaomi Smart Band 8.
This particular Black Friday deal allows you to select from each of the three different case versions of the Charge 6 - black, silver, or gold - with all models including both small/large bands and six months of free access to Fitbit's Premium subscription service.
When we reviewed the Charge 6 at release, we applauded the return of the device's side button, the integration of Google Maps and Google Wallet, plus the continuing accuracy of sleep tracking.
As such, it's currently rated as Wareable's best out-and-out fitness tracker, and, despite the RRP of $160 being pretty steep, this saving really helps bring it back to par.

For those who don't like the limited battery life or style of something like the Google Pixel Watch 2 - but do want the superb, intuitive insights available through Fitbit - the Charge 6 is the perfect pick.
However, given this is an early Black Friday deal, it's important to remember that there's no telling when it might end - and the Charge 6 return to its typical $160 price.
Often, this kind of deal is stock-limited, but that's unlikely in this particular case given the Charge 6's recent release. As such, we expect this one to run for a specific period over the next few days before potentially resurfacing around Black Friday itself.
As ever, we'd suggest acting fast to avoid disappointment, though. Especially given the fact we wouldn't expect the Charge 6's price to drop any further below $100 in any sales period over the next few months.
